In modern corporate governance, the Board of Directors (BOD) plays a central role in shaping strategy, overseeing management operations, and making long-term, direction-setting decisions for the organization. However, alongside its authority comes increasing legal responsibility. In the context of a growing number of commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, and cases related to governance liability, many claims arise not only from actual wrongdoing but also from gaps in governance processes, insufficient documentation supporting decision-making, or the absence of adequate liability protection mechanisms for BOD members.
To establish a risk prevention framework and lay the foundation for sustainable development, from April 15 to April 16, 2026, at the Ho Chi Minh City Branch (173–179 Truong Van Bang Street, Cat Lai Ward), Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Khoa, in collaboration with the leadership of the Hanoi Stock Exchange and PVCollege, co-organized and delivered the training program titled “Litigation Prevention & Protection Mechanisms for the Board of Directors” for the leadership team of Petrovietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC).
