  1. General consulting: Providing information and guidance on legal regulations related to corporate governance.
  2. Consulting on organizing meetings of The Board of Directors and The General Meetings of Shareholders: Consulting on current legal regulations, controlling legal compliance and drafting documents.
  3. Company charter: Consulting on amending and supplementing the charter
  4. Document drafting: Preparing legal documents such as meeting minutes, contracts, and information disclosure documents.
  5. Training: Organizing training courses for management and employees on governance and legal compliance.
