As part of the Director Certification Program (DCP) organized by the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD), Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Khoa, Managing Partner of KALF Law Firm, Arbitrator at the APEC Vietnam Commercial Arbitration Centre (ACIAC), and Member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), participated as a speaker in Panel Session 1: “The Legal Environment for Members of the Board of Directors.”

Drawing on her extensive experience advising both domestic and international corporations on corporate governance, investment, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution, Ms. Minh Khoa delivered insights that combined rigorous legal analysis with practical solutions derived from real-world business challenges.
During the session, Ms. Minh Khoa emphasized:
