On the morning of May 23, 2024, at the REX Hotel, lawyer Nguyen Thi Minh Khoa attended a seminar on “The Legal Environment for Members of the Board of Directors,” organized by the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD).

The program was part of the training course for independent board members offered by VIOD. During the seminar, the speaker presented and shared legal regulations surrounding the role of independent board members to enhance legal practice in corporate governance.

The program featured lawyer Nguyen Thi Minh Khoa, who has over 15 years of experience in corporate transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, specialized legal consulting on public company governance, and advising on foreign investment projects in Vietnam at K & Associates Law Firm. She is also a certified independent board member recognized by the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD).
