KALF’s services for establishing a 100% foreign-owned company comprise three stages:
- Consulting on industries and preferential investment areas.

Result: The investor will receive a Certificate of Investment Registration, a Certificate of Business Registration, and relevant permits (if any), allowing the business to commence operations.
Upon obtaining the license, investors are still required to address several legal matters:
- Consulting on initial tax declaration;
- Consulting on labor recruitment in Vietnam;
- Consulting on placing advertising signs;
- Consulting on operating procedures;
- Consulting on business’s internal management, etc.
