On November 22, 2024, at the DCP Program of the 30th Cohort organized by the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD), lawyer Nguyễn Thị Minh Khoa, Managing Partner of K&Associates Law Firm, participated in sharing legal issues relevant to independent board members.

During the session, lawyer Minh Khoa discussed legal topics surrounding “conflicts of interest,” issues regarding the delegation of authority from the General Meeting of Shareholders to the Board of Directors, from the Board of Directors to the CEO, and the concept of “indirect ownership,” among others.
