This morning in Da Nang City, the APEC VN International Commercial Arbitration Center solemnly held the Launch Ceremony of its Da Nang Branch, marking an important milestone in expanding its network and enhancing the quality of commercial dispute resolution in the Central region.
The event welcomed the participation of legal experts, business representatives, government authorities, arbitrators, and mediators from various provinces. Among them, Lawyer Nguyen Thi Minh Khoa – Arbitrator of the Center – delivered a speech as an honorary guest.
In her remarks, Lawyer Nguyen Thi Minh Khoa emphasized the importance of developing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods outside the court system, especially in the context of increasingly expanding commercial activities and the rising demand for transparency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in resolving disputes. She also affirmed that the Da Nang Branch will serve as a crucial bridge, enabling businesses in the Central region to access professional and reputable dispute resolution services aligned with international standards.
