On the morning of June 10, 2024, at the Faculty of Law, University of Economics Da Nang, lawyer Nguyen Thi Minh Khoa attended the seminar titled “In-Depth Legal Issues in Corporate Governance,” organized by the Faculty of Law at the Da Nang University of Economics .

The academic seminar aimed to provide faculty members and students with in-depth knowledge of legal issues related to corporate governance in Vietnam. Through the session, the speaker presented information on: identifying and analyzing common legal issues in corporate governance; effectively applying relevant legal regulations; assessing and managing legal risks in business activities; and enhancing legal practice capabilities in corporate governance.

Participating in the seminar was lawyer Nguyen Thi Minh Khoa, who has over 15 years of experience in corporate transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, specialized legal consulting on public company governance, and advising on foreign investment projects in Vietnam at K & Associates Law Firm. She is also a certified standard independent board member recognized by the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD).
